A LASH (Lighter Aboard Ship) ship offloads
cargo in Halifax Harbour. These ships carry upwards of 80 pre-loaded container
barges, which can be offloaded into the water and then towed individually
ashore. A large mobile crane can traverse the entire cargo deck of the ship
in order to load and unload the containers. In this case, a tug is taking
